Your Local Driving School

Driving Instructors

Our Mission: We help drivers develop safe driving habits and make the road a safer place.  After you pass the CA DMV lesson, this is when it counts the most.  We want you to develop a lifetime of strong driving habits by honing your technique.

  1. Comprehensive Lessons: We offer a comprehensive 36 point lesson plan modeled after the DMV driving test.  Each student will receive a report card after each session.
  2. Locations: We service the Tri-Valley area: Danville, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore.
  3. History:  We are an affiliate of A Deluxe Driving School in the South Bay, helping over 10,000 students since 2004.
  4. DMV Certified Instructors: Our instructors are certified by the California DMV [Driving School License #E2224] and have trained with a variety of other experienced instructors. They are patient, kind, and passionate about helping people.
  5. Convenience: We take appointments 7 days a week. We meet you at your home, school, or workplace within our service area.  We know that there are fewer cars on the road early in the morning or later in the evening, especially on the weekends.  If you are a new driver, few cars on the road will help ease you into driving faster. That is why we schedule drives early at 5am to as late as 8pm.
  6. Cars: We have dedicated school vehicles. They have been certified by reliable mechanics and insured for commercial use. They are equipped with a second set of brake and accelerator, as well as a rearview mirror, on the instructor’s side.
  7. Cleanliness:  Details matter.  We take pride in a clean car, despite the East Bay’s dusty weather.  A crystal clean windshield provides maximum vision, and we want you to have maximum value.
  8. PaymentWe accept cash, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards.
  9. Employment:  If you are passionate about helping others drive, come join our team.  We will provide all the needed training and hire the best.

Why We Care

There’s a real problem and we can make a difference:

  • Motor vehicle crashes are the second leading cause of death for U.S. teens. Teen motor vehicle crashes are preventable, and proven strategies taught at reliable driving schools.

Nighttime and Weekend Driving:

  • Data from the 2016–2017 National Household Travel Survey indicate that teen drivers aged 16–19 years were almost 3 times as likely to be involved in fatal nighttime crashes than adult drivers aged 30–59 years per mile driven.2

Not Using Seat Belts:

  • In 2019, 43.1% of U.S. high school students did not always wear a seat belt when riding in a car driven by someone else.12

Distracted Driving:

  • Results from the 2019 national Youth Risk Behavior Survey revealed that, among U.S. high school students who drove, 39.0% texted or e-mailed while driving at least once during the 30 days before the survey.

Speeding:

  • In 2019, 31% of male drivers aged 15–20 years and 17% of female drivers aged 15–20 years who were involved in fatal crashes were speeding.1

Alcohol Use:

  • Drinking any amount of alcohol before driving increases crash risk among teen drivers.
