Instructors are well trained and emphasize the following criteria:

1. Lesson Organization: To accelerate learning, students are given a lesson plan.
2. Course Tempo: This helps students engage with a variety of learning and practice.
3. Evaluate, Isolate, Refine:  Instead of repeatedly telling our students to “try again”, instructors isolate student’s driving issues and explain remediation techniques.
4. Tailor Training:  Behind-the-wheel driving should offer many driving scenarios for students at the right levels. Our goal is to provide building blocks and progression after each milestone.
